Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AsanExpo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

Event Participation

As an attendee, exhibitor, or sponsor, you agree to conduct yourself professionally during all virtual events. Harassment, discriminatory language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.

Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AsanExpo and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AsanExpo.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers or networks connected to the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or any other systems or networks.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent.

Payments & Refunds

All payments for premium tickets, virtual booths, and sponsorships are due at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in the event's cancellation policy. AsanExpo reserves the right to modify pricing for future events at any time.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AsanExpo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AsanExpo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
